We operate throughout the South West offering a professional, reliable service:
  • On-site Fit Testing services

  • Fit Testing for all mask types: Full Face, Half Face, Disposable Masks, BA and SCBA masks
  • Full range of sample masks available for test purposes
  • HSE compliant reports and certification
All our fit testing programmes are tailored to your individual requirements, allowing for site specifications, shift patterns types of respirator used and so on. Whether you have one wearer or hundreds of wearers, we can carry out your testing in a cost-effective and timely manner with the least disruption to your business.

Since the implementation of COSHH 2002 fit testing of tight fitting respiratory protective devices has been a legal requirement.

We supply a high quality, professional service aimed at complimenting certified management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001).

No Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) can provide adequate performance if it leaks, and one of the main sources of leakage is poor fit of a mask to the face of the wearer. As a result of both field and laboratory studies into respirator performance, regulations (such as the Control of Asbestos Regulations), and general HSE guidance on the use of RPE (HSG 53, supporting the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations) require that fit testing is included as an integral part of an RPE programme for mask-based devices.
